Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party returns to Magic Kingdom on select nights from August 7 through October 31, 2026.

And while the name says “not-so-scary,” the experience is packed with enough Halloween fun, entertainment, treats, characters, and special experiences to make it one of the most memorable nights of a Disney vacation.

What Is Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party?

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a special Halloween celebration held at Magic Kingdom on select evenings.

Unlike a regular Magic Kingdom park day, the Halloween Party requires its own separate event ticket. The party officially runs from 7:00 PM to midnight, although guests with party tickets can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00 PM on their event night.

That gives you the opportunity to enjoy some regular park time before the party officially begins and then transition into the Halloween festivities once the evening gets underway. And trust us … there is a LOT to experience.  We’ve done our homework!!!

If Anything, Come to Experience the Atmosphere!

One of the best things about the party is simply being inside Magic Kingdom after dark while the park transforms for Halloween.

You’ll find spooky sights, Halloween-themed entertainment, special food and drinks, costumed characters, trick-or-treating, and attractions with special Halloween touches.

And don’t worry, the event is designed to be fun rather than frightening, making it a great option for families and guests who want to celebrate Halloween without the horror.
