What is Club Level?

Club level is a special room category found at Disney’s deluxe resorts and, at Walt Disney World, one moderate resort. You may also be treated to salmon and capers, bagels, and specialty breakfast items. After breakfast the lounge will offer snacks – veggies and dips, chips, trail mix, cookies, and Uncrustables throughout the afternoon. Toward dinner time, a selection of appetizers and more filling options will be available. These are on a rotating schedule so there is always something new to try. After dinner, it’s time for dessert. As with other offerings, these items change nightly but typically include a choice of cookies, brownies, cakes, mousse, cupcakes, and more. And the best part? Throughout the day you’ll have access to all the drinks you need to stay hydrated. 

An Exclusive Haven

Club level is not a secret, but it might feel like it when you’re at your resort. Each resort with a club level has an exclusive area just for Club Level guests. It may be on a separate floor of the resort or in an exclusive area, but they are always private, requiring you to use your MagicBand or card to gain access. Many lounges are located in the best areas of the resorts, providing the best views possible. The lounges at all four Magic Kingdom area resorts have fireworks viewing and they play the audio from the show in the lounge! Some have great views of the lobby and lakes from the top floors of the resorts!

You can expect sitting areas with couches and comfy chairs, tables for enjoying the food and drink offerings, televisions, and an area for kids with games, coloring sheets, and shows just for kids.

Top-Notch Service and Amenities

The dedicated team of cast members are available to help make your vacation perfect in every way and are exclusive to guests staying club level. The dedicated service Inspire More Travel provides prior to your trip, the Club Level cast members carry on once you arrive. Prior to your stay you’ll receive an email telling you what to expect from the lounge. We will also confirm your arrival details directly with the resort so a Club Level cast member is ready to greet you as soon as you arrive. Cast members in the Club will also ask about allergies, food preferences, and any celebrations you have going on so they are ready to make your trip extra magical. Throughout your stay you will see many of the same cast members who will get to know you and what you like. Don’t be surprised if they ask if you’d like your “usual” after a day or two. Cast members are also on hand to answer questions and can even help with last-minute dining reservations. The lounge also maintains a large variety of DVDs you can check out to watch in your room.

Now that you know what’s included, its also important to know that just as each resort has a different vibe, so does each Club Level. The clubs are themed to the resort and add to that overall atmosphere. Many of the lounges also have food and drink options unique to that lounge and based on the theming of the resort. This can include exclusive drink options and some clubs incorporate food offerings from the resort’s restaurants! The resort and lounge is where you will spend a good amount of time during your vacation so its important to find a resort that fits your specific preferences.
